Exercise and meditation increase our focus and make us feel happier, therefore there is no better way to start the day than with this group class!
We will stretch and bend and say hello to the sun and to the light in us and others.
After the class you will feel energised, ready to start your working day, and face any challenge that might lie ahead.
To join this class you need some previous experience, alternatively, you can join the the Foundations class to learn the basics.

Foundations
learn the essentials

By learning the essentials, we can develop a practice that sustains our daily life.
We will discover the guiding principles in this yoga tradition and learn to listen to our breathing in search for guidance in our asana practice.
This course is a prerequisite to join the Saluting the Sun group class, as it prepares us for a more intensive physical and mental practice.

Start from Joy
rediscover your inner
light and joy!

To sustain joy in our lives, we need to cultivate certain attitudes, like loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, equanimity, non attachment, generosity and contentment among others.
These qualities are central to the practice of yoga, as they are needed to have a clear mind.
We will practice simple vinyasa-s, breathing exercises, and a few meditation techniques that will help us to open our hearts, and when the class is over, we will take the practice of cultivating these attitudes off the mat and into our lives!

Gratitude for Today
end your day on a
grateful note

This is an evening practice, specially prepared to cultivate a calm and grateful state of mind.
We will practice mild asana-s, breathing and meditation techniques that will help you be aware of the many blessings present in your life at any given moment.
This is a gentle vinyasa class, no previous experience is needed.
If you want to learn more details about the basics in the Krishnamacharya tradition, you can join the the Foundations class to get started, before joining this class.
