Feel your breath.
Feel the movements that the breathing originates in your body. Stay there for a moment: feel the sensation in your nostrils and your throat, feel the chest, the rib cage, the belly.
Feel the air coming in and going out.
Feel your body. It is alive and it is breathing.
You are breathing and at the same time you are not breathing. You are here and at the same time you are not here.
